Made in the US, assembled abroad, Amir grew up straddling extremes from sleeping under shacks in refugee camps to walking the marble halls of boardrooms. This contrast lit a fire: become a bridge between the haves and have-nots.

Meet Amir
Amir’s path to launching Vantage Point Search didn’t start in a boardroom, it began in a refugee camp’s bakery.
His grandfather’s bakery in the refugee camp wasn’t just a livelihood; it fed thousands and funded a marketplace and orphanage. That legacy of purpose-driven entrepreneurship became Amir’s north star.
So he started by advising governments and CEOs at Deloitte and PwC on equity initiatives and organizational development within healthcare, sustainability and industrials. When a walkout shook PwC, he co-founded Capital Group, learning firsthand how to build and grow a company. He carried that momentum into finance but the mission never wavered. At Morgan Stanley, he advised founders and CEOs, building trust across language barriers and cultural divides.
After his MBA, he leveled up as an operator, stepping in as interim CFO and steering portfolio companies from the inside out. Now at Vantage Point Search, he’s not pivoting. He’s answering a call: to pay it forward by building enduring businesses that blend profit with purpose, serving employees, communities, and shareholders alike.

Outside of Vantage Point Search, Amir enjoys baking and cooking for friends, surviving improv sets, sparring in MMA, rock climbing, and playing chess against street hustlers in New York City, where he lives.
